Returns

Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received the item, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging. Your item must be returned to us in the original packaging at the address we provide. Please do not return your purchase to our manufacturers. Order Changes and Cancellations

After making a purchase, you have 24 hours to cancel or make changes (discounted products are not eligible for cancellation). After this period, your order will be processed and prepared for shipping, so changes or cancellations are no longer possible after 24 hours.

Damaged/Missing Items

If for any reason your order arrived damaged or contained missing items, we will be happy to send you a replacement item as soon as possible. Please contact our support team to file a claim regarding damaged/missing items. In your email, make sure to include "Claim for Damaged/Missing Item" in the subject so that we can address it as quickly as possible!

Sample Situations

"My tracking number shows delivered, but I haven't received it yet." If we have confirmed with the postal service and carrier that the item was delivered on a specific day, time, and place, we are not responsible for missing items after delivery.

If our carrier or postal service cannot confirm the delivery of the item, you must contact us and report it, and we will arrange for a new shipment or issue a refund as soon as possible.

If the package was delivered to the exact address provided by the buyer, and it was an error in the address entered by mistake, we cannot be held responsible for that error. However, we always want to take care of our customers, so if this mistake was made on your part, we will work with you to ensure you still receive your item at a discounted price! However, the decision is up to our customer support team, so please double-check your delivery address every time you enter your details when placing an order. If you believe you made an address error, PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY so that we can address it before processing your order.

Returns

Once we receive your item(s) in the condition and manner described above, we will process your refund immediately and notify you at that time. The refund will be processed only to the same payment method you used for the purchase. After processing the credit, it will usually reflect on your payment account within 5-10 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs for your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you purchased an item under a free shipping promotion, you will still need to cover the necessary shipping fee for the item.

Promotional Items
